Comfort Angels Home Care began as more than a business concept, it grew out of years spent in the field, standing beside families who needed both steady support and genuine understanding. 

After more than a decade working as a caregiver, I saw firsthand how deeply in-home care can affect a family’s sense of stability. I also saw the gaps: the moments when people needed reliability, warmth, or clearer guidance and couldn’t always find it.

That realization is what pushed the idea forward. I wanted to build an agency that didn’t just offer services, but offered assurance, something rooted in compassion, consistency, and a promise that care will show up exactly when it’s needed.

Establishing Comfort Angels here in Winnetka, and serving families across the State of Illinois, became the natural next step in expanding that mission.

Families deserve care they can trust without hesitation, so we made sure our foundation reflects that. 

We are fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and backed by complete bonding and insurance, because professionalism and protection should never be optional.

And while we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, we keep our structure straightforward through private pay and long-term care insurance, allowing families to build a plan that truly fits their needs.

To help each family feel informed and confident, we provide brochures, information packets, and sample care plans that outline exactly how we support daily life at home. No guesswork, no uncertainty, just clear, compassionate guidance from the moment you reach out.
